SukliPH™ is a digital transaction recording system designed for sari-sari stores, mini grocery stores, and other small to medium retail businesses. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

Legal Notice

SukliPH™ is NOT a Point of Sale (POS) or Electronic Business Register (EBR) system registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

This is a notebook-style digital assistant for recording transactions. It does NOT:

• Issue BIR-registered receipts
• Transmit sales data to BIR
• Replace official POS systems

Your Responsibilities

As a user of SukliPH™, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your store
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the app for lawful business purposes only
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations

Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Subscription Plans

SukliPH™ offers three subscription plans:

• FREE - Basic transaction recording
• PLUS (₱99/mo) - Advanced inventory & customers
• PRO (₱199-₱399/mo) - Smart features & analytics

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime.

Limitation of Liability

SukliPH™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
